Dean is a classically trained chef in French cuisine, taking influence from a wide range of international and regional cultures. Passionate about fresh ingredients and complementary flavours, Dean has developed rich, indulgent fusions designed to punch your palette.
Dean is an experienced chef who has shared his love for food in hotels and restaurants across England and France. Over the years, he has built a strong interest in cooking authentic, traditional Spanish Tapas as well as his own take on small plates.
Dean is a warm and enthusiastic character who lights up any room with the sound, smells, sights and tastes of his food; he brings engaging conversation and exciting cooking demonstrations to your home. Treat yourself and your loved ones this summer! Take the stress out of hosting and have more time with those your care about.
What Do We Need?
Dean will come into your kitchen and bring everything needed to serve tasty tapas for informal dining.
You will need:
- A kitchen
- A communal space for guests
- Convenient parking
Dean will bring everything needed to provide culinary delights for all of your guests and will leave your kitchen clean and tidy at the end. This will include:
- Serviettes
- Crockery
- Glassware
- All food
- Suggested wines
- Any other agreed items

At Pato Sucio, we specialize in creating unforgettable culinary experiences in your own home. With the costs of dining out, transport to and from your venue, service charges etc all on the increase, it has become more popular for people to invite friends and family into their homes. Whether this be for a special Birthday, an Anniversary or any other reason, the time and hard work that goes into this can be daunting.
We take all the pressure off you, so that you may enjoy the moment with your guests, eat well and have fun.
You are not limited to table size, as Tapas can be enjoyed stood, sat or even while you are dancing. We can cater for 6 to 25 in your home, and more outdoors.
You can choose your own beverages and where you choose to buy them. We can advise on drinks to compliment your personal menu.

What will it cost?
We cater from 6 people to 25 in your home on an informal basis, or up to 90 for an outdoor Paella Experience!
We use fresh, seasonal ingredients which are subject to price change, but will always provide the best products available, from the best suppliers, at the best price.
Tapas should be enjoyed with friends, and the more friends that you invite, the better the price per person. Try taking it in turns to host and share the cost!
