Dean is an experienced chef who has shared his love for food in hotels and restaurants across England and France. Over the years, he has built a strong interest in cooking authentic, traditional Spanish Tapas as well as his own take on small plates.
Dean is a warm and enthusiastic character who lights up any room with the sound, smells, sights and tastes of his food; he brings engaging conversation and exciting cooking demonstrations to your home.

What Do We Need?
Dean will come into your kitchen and bring everything required to prepare and serve delicious tapas for relaxed, informal dining.
You will need:
- A kitchen
- A communal space for your guests
- Convenient parking
Dean will provide:
- All food and ingredients
- Crockery
- Serviettes
- Suggested wines
- Any other agreed items
He arrives fully equipped, cooks for you and your guests, and leaves your kitchen clean and tidy at the end of the service.

Tapas is wonderfully flexible — it can be enjoyed seated, standing or even while dancing — so you’re never limited by table size.
We cater for 6 to 25 guests indoors, and larger groups outdoors.
You’re welcome to choose your own beverages from wherever you prefer to shop, and we can advise on drinks that complement your chosen menu.
What will it cost?
We cater for groups of 6 to 25 guests in your home for relaxed, informal dining, and up to 70 guests for our outdoor Paella Experience.
All dishes are prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Prices may vary depending on availability, but we always source the highest‑quality produce from trusted suppliers at the best possible value.
Tapas is designed to be shared with family and friends, and the more guests you invite, the better the price per person.
Many of our clients take turns hosting to enjoy great food together while sharing the cost.
Tapas packages start from £49 per person, while paella is priced on a bespoke basis tailored to your guest numbers.
